		<description>I actually think Dan Savage would be pretty appealing as a subversive influence for most teens. I started reading him at 14, though I&#039;m admittedly quite weird. But you&#039;re right - I first read him in an issue of the Village Voice I picked up on a class trip to NYC, in between the escort ads. It was interesting precisely because I knew the chaperones wouldn&#039;t want me reading it.

Judith Butler, though - given as she doesn&#039;t even know what the friggity hell she&#039;s talking about, it&#039;d be a little much to expect young &#039;uns to.</description>
